As I write this email, your team is here working hard to complete the hardscape components of our project before winter weather forces an interruption. I thought this might be an appropriate time to offer feedback regarding our experience and results achieved to date.

His steady hand gave us confidence that a great result would be achieved. In every instance he was courteous in responding to our questions and concerns while distinguishing himself as a craftsman. I was also impressed by the team’s unprompted effort to clean the work site at the end of each day.
- You and the rest of the Todd’s leadership team are to be commended for your regular appearance at the work site. The pride in your reputation and quality of your product is apparent through your actions.

Dear Todd and Kurt:
It is with great pleasure that my wife Judy and I congratulate you and your organization for the outstanding job that was done on the Phase 1 landscaping work at our home in Northville, MI. The finished product not only gave us personal satisfaction and pleasure, but to our surprise, our friends, neighbors and the large number of car drivers who stopped to admire the work was overwhelming.

First , we would like to congratulate your on-site Foreman, Lalo, and his hard working staff. These men never stopped except for lunch. Lalo was extremely professional and helpful to Judy and I when changes were necessary. They were at our home from 8 am watching their work ethic.
We want to thank Matt Iadipaolo for his design efforts and for helping Judy and I, and to Cody for the lightning installation and sold suggestions and good work. Cody is a get it done kind of a guy.

I wanted to tell you that I have been overwhelmed with the level of service that you and Todd's Services has provided me. As you know, there were some problems that came up after the work was completed. Your response was positive and reassuring that the job would be taken care of to my satisfaction. It took a few additional visits to completely correct the problem. What blew me away was to see a truck stop by yesterday and throw some topsoil down and seed the area that was repaired. I did not expect this as all, the true test of any company providing services to the public is how you deal with the problems after the job is complete and the money has changed hands. In this regard Todd's Services has provided better than excellent satisfaction and a guarantee that I will always recommend Todd's services to all my clients as a Real Estate Broker. My husband and I just completed a landscaping project with Todd's Services. For us it was an extensive, multi-faceted landscaping project that included pavers, stamped concrete, vinyl fencing, transplanting, lighting system, hydro-seeding and irrigation system.
